the piano house project is a collection of explorations led by Nico at the Piano House but involving a growing cast of characters. When you see "we" around here, that's Nico, Claude, and Friends — and you're welcome to join as a friend. For now it's a bunch of projects we've been working on using agentic coding and various cloud resources.
